A small to medium multi-stemmed mallee tree with masses of attractive yellow-cream flowers from mid winter to late spring. Bird attractant. It has oval grey green leaves, and interesting ‘minnirichi’ bark which is reddish and continually peels and curls to expose the lighter bark beneath.
