A very attractive low spreading shrub with small mid-green leaves and a lovely cascading growth habit. It bears masses of purple flowers in spring, which attract native bees and small butterflies, and is good for honey production. Works well for container growing and as a feature plant in the garden. Prune and feed after flowering to encourage more dense growth. The flowers are good for floral work.
