Melaleuca gibbosa ‘Pink Passion’ – Honey Myrtle

A dark pink flowered form of this hardy and very adaptable shrub. Grows from 1 to 1.5 metres tall and a metre wide. Good in well drained spots to soils that become water logged. Likes sun to part shade. The leaves are aromatic when crushed. Flowers in spring to summer. Drought and frost hardy. A very easy care plant, a light pruning from time to time is all the maintenance needed. Attracts small birds and a range of insects and butterflies.
